Electromagnetic induction drying oven, linear type, for making tin cans
The automatic electromagnetic induction dryer is a device developed by using electromagnetic induction heating technology, which is applied to the welding seam coating and drying process of the can body. It generates specific eddy current heating on the welding seam coating of the metal can through alternating current, so as to achieve the drying and curing effect.
Main Characteristics
1. Rare earth magnet induction coil heating furnace head is adopted to ensure long-term heating stability and drying effect
2. It only heats the touch-up coating area. Each section of furnace head is 2m long, with power consumption of 1KW. It can save more than 90% energy compared with the traditional dryer
3. The complete machine is equipped with an outer cover and a strong exhaust emission device, which can collect and strongly discharge paint evaporates and save energy and protect the environment
4. The machine adopts magnetic suction belt for conveying, with reasonable structure. The can feeding platform is automatically adjusted (for the can change type, the height is automatically adjusted as long as the diameter of the can is input on the screen, and the position of the furnace head does not need to be changed), with full digital control and perfect protection function
5. Intelligent control of the working status of each furnace head to realize the energy-saving effect of heating with cans and power-off without cans.
6. Technological breakthrough and innovation advantages: rare earth material is used as the magnetizer of induction coil to precisely control the magnetic field, so as to achieve the required heating mode, ensure the stability and drying effect of long-term heating, and eliminate the instability caused by the cooling of copper tube induction cooling water and the high failure rate caused by the deformation of copper tube.
